I wish to use the stopwatch while experimenting with Olimex
PIX_MICRO-WEB embedded ethernet PIC18F67J60 which has a 25MHz external
xtal and a OSCTUNE value of 0x40 which produces a clock freq of
41.667MHz.

I am not sure which value which value to enter in the Processor
Frequency input box.

As it is titled  Processor Frequency and not Clock Freq I am leaning
towards 41.667/4 MHz. ~ 10.41675Mhz.

However, I am not 100% sure if the simulator takes into account the
OSCTUNE value or if it is actually asking for the clock freq.

(still) using MPLAB IDE 8.33 (X seemed a bit overwhelming) debugging
with MPLAB SIM and  pickit2.
