Yes, Google and other algorithms return different results depending on
previous searches by the user.  You may sometimes defeat that in
Firefox using a Private Window.  Other browsers may have other ways to
achieve equivalent function.

(It is amusing when somebody on public radio says "just google this
and this", which works for them because they work in public radio, but
doesn't work for the rest of us.)
