trols on "technology" products is neither trivial nor free of liability.


Earlier this year, someone (in the UK, IIRC) mentioned on-list that

he'd received a letter from a USG office inquiring what he proposed

to do with the microcontrollers he'd ordered (from a US seller) a few

months previously...
