Another idea is to lock the doors and set off 4+ 110 dB sirens INSIDE=20
the car. Windows likely to be broken from the inside though.

For the OP's purposes there have been many good suggestions - seems that=20
using a relay to kill power the injectors when it is taken out of park=20
would be the easiest and fastest way to show intent of driving it away=20
whilst preventing that from happening.
