Russell, Thank-you. You just provided the missing piece that I need. As=20 something with mass(M) approaches the speed of light(C) then the=20 energy(E) required approaches infinity. Since we can rewrite E=3D MC^2 as=20 M=3DE/C^2. Now we replace the constant C^2 with another letter such as A.=20 A=3DC^2. This gives M=3DE/A. Well as we get very close to C A is approachin= g=20 0 so we can rewrite M=3DE/A as M=3DE/0. As we know anything divided by 0=20 becomes infinity. This means that as we get very close to C the mass of=20 what ever is approaching C also approaches infinite mass. Again thanks, rich!
