I'm looking for a conductive carbon coating that I can apply to PCBs=20 myself, for conductive membrane switches. Or something else that can=20 serve the same purpose. The last time I researched this a few years=20 ago, I ended up going with gold plating, which worked great, but now I=20 need to do just 10 pads, and $100 from my current PCB manufacturer is=20 quite pricey. I really don't want to swap PCB houses at this time either. I've seen people experimenting with carbon mixed in inks, etc but those=20 seems experimentative and unproven. However, I found some products that=20 seem to be what I need -- MG Chemicals 838-340G (=20 http://www.amazon.com/MG-Chemicals-Conductive-Coating-Aerosol/dp/B008OA931A= =20 ) seems like the right product, but I'm not sure how long it would=20 last. Henkel lists some (=20 http://www.henkel-adhesives.com/conductive-inks-coatings-27433.htm ),=20 but their products aren't readily available retail AFAIK. Similar for=20 Coates XZ302 coatings. Anyone here used the MG Chemicals one? Or know of another product that=20 would serve this purpose? Spray or brush-on is fine.
