No. Should have another tag.

Left in [EE] here for admin purposes.


But [BULK] is not a valid tag and leaving [EE] in the subject line means it
still get put into [EE]
- posts should only have one valid tag.

And y'all - PLEASE trim old material in posts to a sensible minuimum
This post had 100+ lines of old material that was irrelevant.
