> Restrict fuel flow. > Or adjust main jey (if old) or injector control, so it runs OK on idle bu= t has no > power with throttle open. One good way to achieve this is to swap a pair of plug leads on a four cyli= nder car, so that instead of firing 1-3-2-4 it fires 1-2-3-4. Don't know if= the same is possible on a six cylinder, but I know it works on a four from= experience. Sounds normal, just no power. > Restricting air flow into air filter probably does this, and could easily= be > electronically switchable. The other suggestion of an electronic tracker I like. Wire up a GPS under t= he rear parcel shelf reporting by SMS every minute - sounds like a PIC proj= ect coming on to handle the GPS and connect to a smart phone. Could probabl= y make the same set up receive a text to cut the fuel pump right when the c= ulprit is in the middle of no-where. --=20 Scanned by iCritical. --=20 http://www.piclist.com/techref/piclist PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
