Joe, I agree with you. I know how my eyes would itch some after being=20 exposed for a little bit when I was holding a part for a friend while he=20 started up a weld. I think that people who intentionally do things to=20 get hurt should have to pay all of their own costs. Taxes and insurance=20 rates would go down. Thanks, rich!
