*1) in windows not exists "system compiler library"* ;-)
2) windows SXS exists because near every shared library is distributed/used=
 in
different (and sometime incompatible) versions!
my winsxs folder contains 78821 files in 20735 folders for 10.7GB
some file has 11 or more versions!
