Are you sure? I just checked and see my tickets plus there's still an=20 "Add A Ticket" button. Sadly however, Microchip's pretty good support=20 is fading to the point of being useless -- no response for several days,=20 then asking for a followup yields the "we'll get back to you" answer, etc. But that's still better than TI's support, right?
