Temperature coefficient, aka "Tempco", affects all electronic

components, in particular "PN" junctions, the stuff of which

the diodes and transistors in your 555 are made. Capacitors

too; varying according to construction - The data sheet is your

friend. At least it is if the parts are'nt egregious counterfeits...
