If you are doing 10 layers you are probablly doing other fancy stuff=20 like controlled impedance, differential pairs, blind vias and so-on. I=20 would check before you start whether you need any of that stuff and if=20 so how well your tool supports it. I suspect this is where hobbyist=20 level packages like eagle are likely to be lacking.
