John, The problem is not in the manufacturing process. It is in the way=20 certain people view these batteries and think that you can knock them=20 around with out hurting them. This attitude is really bad in the small=20 warehouses and the auto parts stores that employ folks who do not have=20 any understanding about how these batteries work. Thanks, rich!
