Hi Guys, I thought as much, is just that it is a shame to dispose of it. I need a reliable source of power so this battery even if I opened it and repaired it, I still could not rely on it for day to day use. I bought another, but smaller battery for now. I have a split charge relay on the Van to charge the battery but I think I am not driving long enough to charge it properly, will be looking to incorporate a connector to charge from mains at home every night. I will be taking the battery apart some time to cjeck it out internally. Thank you for all your replies.
