Hi Neil, I think you are correct about the 130V but the 20 can mean the diameter of the part (20mm). Have a look at this: http://www.maida.com/assets/docs/literature/Standard_Series.pdf I don't know if Maida parts would be a good replacement (I've never even heard of them before) but that PDF at least explains their marking codes, which seem to be similar to the one you have.
