Are you certain it is sending or accumulating video? It is entirely possible that a a neighbor is just showing off his new=20 toy before bringing it over to show you. There may be no malicious=20 intent.. I agree it is at least in poor judgement. A FPV (First person view) Quad is a little pricey ($200+) but the usual=20 toy requires that the pilot maintain visual contact to fly it. However, you have me wondering if I might be able to do a minimal=20 inspection of a Ham Radio antenna without someone needing to climb the=20 tower. It could be a little risky for the Quad because the tower is=20 shared and there will be a lot of unknown RF from the other clients.
