     I wouldn't shoot anything at it but I wouldn't have any problem=20
throwing a line over the top of it and pulling it down. In most cities=20
it is illegal to fire a dangerous weapon in the limits of the city or in=20
a residential area. In some cities it is a felony. Also if you fire a=20
weapon in to designated air space then it becomes a federal offense. But=20
throwing a line over the top of it and pulling it down when it is over=20
your property would be legal. Just my thoughts.
