Under no circumstances, just like writing a document using Word does not=20
bind the result to any Microsoft license (if this were possible they=20
would surely have done it!).

But any libraries (including compiler built-in libraries) might be an=20
entirely different case: they come part of your product, so a=20
contaminating license might affect or restrict or your rights on the=20
final product.
