Nope. Traditional stringed instruments allow you to control the

(vibrating) length of the string, and tension.

With instruments with fixed intervals like pianos & guitars

(fretboards) the interval itself is a compromise; musicians (or the

tuner in the case of pianos) must manipulate the tuning to suit the

key, and key changes.
