The plan is to have one set of these components printed and then make silicone molds from them. Then they can be cast in whatever I want, most likely filled epoxy or polyester. Even the 3D printer I visited does that. Makes sense - 3D printing is slow and relatively expensive, but I don't mind that to get a set of good originals.
