I'm not a huge fan of that ULP (I only know of one; if there's another I'd love to hear about it!). It does a couple of things I'm not crazy about, the worst being approximation of filled board polygons by rastered lines rather than filled path objects. That may not be as much of a problem for technical drawings, but it's a killer for me when I'm going from a board to an SVG to make a part for Fritzing.
