It looks as if they filter the e-mails and reject any that are for places
outside their sphere of interest.

Attempts using local .co.nz e-mail addresses always fail  - a
blank submission form is just re-presented and no e-mail is received.

Attempts using @gmail.com e-mail adressed work fine  - and I now have two
activation codes.

I look forward to having a play with the software.
