Hello all,
     I'm trying to get a 20MHz crystal to work on my 16f684 PIC. I can=20
get a 14MHz crystal to work The odd thing is that there is enough stray=20
capacitance that I don't have to use any capacitors. I'm having the same=20
problem with a 16f690. Any ideas?
