I don't know what to say. In my country farnell's lists it for 46 cents in
ones! That's 0.58USD with our VAT on top. Also remember you need an externa=
l
small fet as a switch with it and a diode. Something is not right with that
price you got listed imho.

Also, Taiwan Semi make about 6 kinds of similar chips, you can find them on
their website. Some seem to be hard to get for some reason. Try your local =
/
regional suppliers.
