Neil, What is your drive voltage for the throttle body motor? What=20 voltage does the throttle body require? The 2.25 you came up with is=20 actually the voltage drop. The power dissipation is 11.25 watts. P =3DI^2=20 * R. V =3D I*R. So your power dissipation is over 3 times the power rating= =20 of your device. Thanks, rich!
