John, I understand. Yes, better to keep this stuff in the trunk or the=20 boot for our European friends. I don't know anything about the laws in=20 Europe. Even better yet would be in a tool box. It would then be obvious=20 that these are tools and not weapons. The officer could still claim that=20 they are weapons if they are just laying about free in the trunk. A=20 judge would probably side with the claim that they are tools but now=20 there is an arrest record, the processing, going to court on more than=20 one occasion. It turns into a real hassle.
