John, Understood and acknowledged. Nah, I'll leave the medical side to you except for some comments on=20 the diabetic plague. You are correct it is a plaque. It is being caused=20 by overweight and not just in adults but also in teenagers and young=20 kids. This is being brought on by little or no exercise, and erratic=20 eating habits. In more and more homes the kids are left to fend for=20 themselves for food. This puts them in to a foraging mode. So they pig=20 out when food is available because they are never sure about when and=20 where their next meal will be. This is extremely unhealthy. I don't know=20 what the actual numbers are but I wouldn't be surprised that every ten=20 pounds over your ideal doubles your chance of diabetes especially when=20 the person is getting little to no exercise. How close am I on this? I have just enough knowledge to be really=20 dangerous. I know basic first aid. I know that eating regularly and=20 healthy along with a reasonable amount of exercise is the most important=20 steps for preventing diabetes and heart disease. Am I wrong or right on=20 this? The rest of it I can't speak to because I don't know. I just don't=20 know. And no I'm not going to try and learn. I have little enough energy=20 and time to do some things that I have to do and a few things that I=20 want to do. Thanks, rich! P.S. I'm not trying to be difficult. This is just the way it is and my=20 interest lie towards the mechanical and electrical side of things. Thanks, rich!
