Perhaps you are familiar with the proposition, "Who says A,

must say B" ?

If so, then I suggest delving into the medical research literature,

with an eye to learning the language. If it takes you a few years,

don't get discouraged - Medical "statistics" practises alone will

keep you busy for quite a while.

It helps to have a well-recognized focus for your reading - I'm

fortunate in that respect, I guess, in that diabetes has attained

the status of a Plague in the modern world.
