IVP, I completely agree. Here in the states they are really terrible=20 about using words such as everyone, everybody, everywhere, and other all=20 inclusive words. I sit here watching one of these commercials and say to=20 myself, liars. I don't use and I don't care to ever use your product. If=20 just one person isn't inside the big circle it is a lie. And why do they=20 think that screeching and screaming kids are going to get me to buy. I taught my employees to always say I'll be back with you in a few=20 minutes, a few moments, as soon as I can, or may I please get your=20 number and I will call you back as soon as possible. Of course I taught=20 them to be sure and call this customer back just as quickly as possible.=20 I was taught that for every customer that complained there were 9 others=20 that didn't. All they did was to walk away. I watched my mom do this=20 many times. Instead of saying something and giving the store a chance to=20 fix the problem she just never went back again. My two cents worth! And good for you!! Thanks, rich!
