Any public site that you can host your pictures on is good, the big ones are best since they usually aren't automatically blocked by corporate firewalls. Photo hosting sites(Picasa, etc) or blogs(Tumblr, blogspot, wordpress.com) are pretty good. Russell probably can comment on this better than I since he is a serious picture taker and sharer.
