Agreed.

The terms of service contain 5081 words.  Several interesting terms
would give me pause before hosting engineering photographs on the
Yahoo! service.

Richard, you might be able to right-click and copy the URL of a
photograph and see if it will open in a Firefox Private Window without
triggering a Yahoo! login prompt, and if so post that URL here ... but
that might be a breach of the terms, as a circumvention of the usage
rules.
