Hello all,
     Well I got it. In the KHz range it agrees with my HP5245 right on=20
the money. At 250KHz it is off +-5Hz. That is only .002%. I can't=20
measure MHz yet. This is with a 4MHz resonator that is running at 3.979=20
MHz.I'm happy with this  All :)
