We have at least 2 competing processes, both utilizing or affecting brains.
Somebody should write a system of differential equations to describe the
status of brains and see where an equiibrium will be.  The "Russell Effect"
might be beneficial for humanity if the rate of Alzheimer prevention is
higher than the rate of brain drain.  There could be also other positive
effects, e.g. due to calming effect when one is sucked into viewing
Russell's photos.=20
