Thanks to all who took the time to read through the answers on microchip.com search results. = I used similar search terms to Alan's but I did not see the relevance in the title of the result to my search so I probably overlooked these items. 10F322 is supposed to be in the "midrange class", stepped up from low range 10F2xx previous tiny pics. It does not have the enhanced instructions of th= e enhanced midrange. The ds still is a litty mysterious on the high endurance part characteristics in my view, but AN1673 clarifies these details indirectly (if it applies as is...). Also it clarfies the "Note 1: High-endurance Flas= h applies to low byte of each address in the range" in the 10F320/322 ds. thanks, Peter --=20 http://www.piclist.com/techref/piclist PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
