Hi all, I have a system with two voltage levels I2C, involving 16xTMP006 thermopiles and four quad DACs. Since only 8xTMP006 can be interfaced on the same bus, the bus it's splitted with a bus multiplexer. I have decided to use MCP4728, this is a quad DAC with programable I2C address. However at a first read of MCP4728 datasheet it looks quite unfriendly for the user...at least about eeprom programming. Any experience with any I2C quad DAC, 0-5V outputs with factory predefined addresses, for sharing four devices on the same I2C bus? thx for reading, Vasile --=20 http://www.piclist.com/techref/piclist PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
