Hmmm -  small but steady temperature differential twixt down-there and
surface may allow power generation.

Suitable surface hot-plate would have no trouble being >> 50C  on most
summer days.
An evacuated tube water heater tube would easily produce steam.
Cool side is not vastly better than a decent air blown shaded heatsink, but
lots of cool source air can't hurt.
Carnot 70C/20C say =3D (70-20)/373 =3D 13.4%
So probably 3-5% ish realisable with several technologies.
