Hi Carlos, A few years back I did some tests on CR2032 tabbed cells. The highest capacity were Renata. Panasonic were almost as good. Quality was good and one cell was as good as another. The other brands, I forget the names, all made in China, had quality problems. I tested batches of 100 and about 5 in each batch were not so good. If I were buying them for personal use then saving money up front would be nice, but in a product expected to last 5 years on one cell I'd say no. I did not test any CR123A but perhaps my story is useful. I have used Tenergy D size Nimh cells recently and they have been good, but I haven't run any formal tests on them.
