Many years ago I dealt with a Chinese company for some Boards we needed,
and the correspondence from them always started with:

Dearest Friend ....,

We eventually discontinued that product and no longer needed the suppler,
the very next correspondence from them started:

To Whom it May Concern...

I guess they have very short memory's :)
