As mentioned above, I just use SmartGit, which is multi platform. Despite normally diving into the command line to do anything on a Unix system, I don't miss using the command line at all for version control stuff like this. I can't see that there's any real disadvantages (big advantages to SmartGit when checking out differences in versions IMHO).
