Oh certainly.  I'm not even aware of a utility to move programs from one XP=
 system to another, short of full backup utilities (and most backup utiliti=
es these days don't seem to be "full" backup utilities) or re-installing fr=
om the original media.  Considering the way that Windows applications tend =
