If internet connectivity and software installation rights allow, the very
small footprint remote control software from TeamViewer would allow the PC
to access, control and display the screen of a remote PC of your choice.
What was on the remote PC and how it behaved would be entirely under your
control. It could log all activity including sites visited and material
viewed and record all key strokes. The degree to which it is obvious that
you are operating a remote PC varies with mode and "best   case" it is
liable to be inobvious to the uninitiated.
