Gus, It sounds to me like a few people need to be made examples of.=20 There are federal laws against what they are doing. A few highly=20 publicized prosecutions and some 5 or 10 year prison times would stop=20 this type of behavior in its tracks. If I was the owner of this company=20 I wouldn't tolerate this behavior for one minute. Also the owner,=20 managers, and other supervisors are at extreme risk of prison time and=20 civil law suits.
