I had a nest of wasp near the water spigot. The guy from pest control came,= and used a very fine powder spray. I asked what it was, and he told me tha= t it was silica gel very finely ground. He explained that the wasp would br= eeze the stuff and got dehydrated from the inside out. Then he just removed= the nest from the wall. That was fairly quick. One of his successful methods was to use about a cc of 'Borer= Bomb' powder in a little metal container on the end of a long stick, which= he could poke through the wall of a wasp nest.
