Since we're on, or at least near, the subject... Best for killing
bees/wasps/hornets - a little dish soap in water.
The soap lowers the surface tension and the drown almost immediately. Any
sort of sprayer is good, but there's one product that is almost ideal for
the task... A super soaker.
