Most prescalers I have seen are for several GHz, however I just looked=20
again and found several Hittite parts that claim to be good down to DC.=20
I was initially avoiding parts that claimed to work to several GHz (out=20
of misunderstanding, perhaps)

On closer analysis, the Hittite parts' websites claim to be good for DC=20
- several GHz, however the datasheets do not recommend operation < 200=20
MHz when using a sine wave.
