I would probe the 10LF322 supply pins, Vdd and Vss, with a DSO
or other logger, and look for transitions while forcing the brownout.

I'd add Vpp for good measure, as Vihh is 8V minimum.

Otherwise, nothing sprang up in your config.  Haven't used this chip
though.
