Hello, list. I'm looking for cost effective ethernet options. The two items I've found so far are the TM4C1294 - Full dev board, Texas Instruments 120MHz ARM, ethernet, USB, for $22 at Mouser. http://www.mouser.com/new/Texas-Instruments/ti-tiva-c-connected-launchpad/ The other option being the Raspberry Pi board at around $35. These two seem hard to beat on cost. The TI has a free arduino-like studio and the Raspberry runs Linux, so there isn't expensive compilers on either. I'm looking for boards to network for data logging, and some remote control of equipment. I like ethernet as the switches and repeaters are all COTS. Any other options out there? --=20 http://www.piclist.com/techref/piclist PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist .
