This is under [AD] as I will (hopefully) get something from it. Offer: 20+ GB of FREE online storage when you use referral link below. This is 5 GB more than if you go direct. If you use it I also get +5GB. Link: https://copy.com?r=3DPqzAXZ +5 GB is allocated when you install their desktop or mobile app on a computer/device. This made me wonder about adware BUT it SEEMS adware-free and may be just a way of ensuring buyin to their system. If anyone knows anything bad about COPY then do please advise. Many are familiar with "Dropbox" which provides online storage. "Copy" is a newer competitor. Seems to work as well as Dropbox for me at 1st look. Allows you to synch the same data over 2 or many PC and mobile devices if desired. Seems to have some better features than Dropbox (no doubt DB will follow). File sizes for synch not limited afaik. *IF* I find out anything bad about the system I'll advise but it seems to be well enough spoken of. No catches that I'm aware of. No adware as far as I am aware. Does not hijack browser home address or search engine choice or ... Seems to be generally well spoken of. MAY have some advantages over DropBox. Probably has not got some features that DropBox has. MAY provide better security than DB - TBD - DB hold your encryption key so they and the Feds and the hackers can access your data maybe. Security of key on COPY I have not caught up with all the details of yet. Use my referral link and I get +5GB extra and YOU get 5GB more than if you apply direct when you install a desktop or mobile upload/download app (automatically offered step after installation). You can get extra 5GB blocks by referring others. https://copy.com?r=3DPqzAXZ Update: I see that when I get an extra 5GB block due to a referral that it tells me the name of the person who used the link I provided. Presumably this is the name they give to COPY. I see that as a major privacy breach (or may be included in their conditions of service)(which I did read, but did not see that mentioned). It's good and/or useful to know and would usually do no harm but I mention it for completeness.
