The article is defective in fact in some places but interesting. A Lithium Titanium Oxide battery, which can be bought now (ideally you should want vast quantities of them) has not much slower recharge times. (ie say 10 times slower by claim and maybe not so different when/if the new battery succeeds) eg Toshiba SCIB and others. Claims cary but 80% / 90% in 5 / 10 minutes (choose some) is mentioned.
